The Culinary Center of Kansas City features local artisans in The Kitchen Shop, and each month we feature a Local Maker of the Month. In December, we’re featuring Sweet Streams Lavender

Lavender FudgeWhite Chocolate Lavender Fudge

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground lavender
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  •  3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff

In a double boiler, stir in cream, condensed milk, lavender, butter, salt, chocolate chips and fluff. Stir until temperature is 240ºF. Pour into greased 9×9 pan and chill. Cut into squares. Serve.
