Good Dog Cookies

Every dog deserves a homemade treat don’t you think? Your pup will love you even more (if that’s possible) when you reward him or her with these tasty, dog-friendly cookies. All you need to do is add a few of your own ingredients and a little extra love.

Instructions: You will need these ingredients from your own pantry: 3/4 cup vegetable oil, (or 50/50 oil and melted shortening), 3/4 cup honey and 2 eggs. Pour the larger bag of dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the oil, honey, and eggs. Combine well. Shape dough by rounded teaspoons into balls. In another bowl pour the smaller bag of cornmeal and cinnamon. Roll the balls in cinnamon mixture to coat well and place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

Cookie Cutter included with purchase, if you prefer to roll out the dough! You’re Welcome!

Dry Mix Ingredients: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, cornmeal, cinnamon.

Yield: approx. 24 treats
