Spinach Alfredo Casserole

A rich creamy Alfredo sauce with a healthy handful of spinach covers long slender noodles, and is topped with Italian bread crumbs.

Instructions: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake covered for 15 minutes. Remove lid and parchment to continue baking 10 mins more, or until heated through and breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Ingredients: spaghetti noodles, cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, spinach, corn starch, white wine, onion, roasted garlic pepper, olive oil, Italian bread crumbs, salt & pepper.

Serves 2-4
