A hearty casserole with all your favorite south of the border flavors.

Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Remove lid and parchment paper then bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.Warm the sauce and serve over casserole.

Ingredients: beef, tomatoes, corn tortillas, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, New Mexico chilies, canola oil, lime juice, onions, cilantro, garlic, onions, (includes one cup of red chili sauce on the side). Serves 2-3
