Belgian Waffle & Pancake Mix
For waffles: You will need: 3 large eggs, 3.25 cups water, 2/3 cup melted butter, one bag of this mix.
Instructions: Preheat waffle iron. In medium bowl, place the dry mix, eggs, water and whisk to a smooth uniform batter. Add the melted butter and whisk until smooth. Let batter rest for about 10 minutes. Re-blend slightly before using. Cook according to waffle iron directions, approx. 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
For pancakes: You will need: 2 large eggs, 1 2/3 cups milk, 1 2/3 cup water, 1/4 cup melted butter, one bag of this mix
Instructions: Preheat griddle or grill to approx. 375 degrees.In a medium bowl, place dry mix, eggs, milk, water and whisk to a smooth uniform batter. Then add the melted butter and whisk till smooth. Let batter rest for about 10 minutes.Re-blend slightly before using. Spray grill/griddle with cooking spray. Pour desired amounts of batter onto the grill and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Ingredients: wheat flour, yellow corn meal, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, whey, salt, malt powder, sugar, soybean oil, milk protein concentrate and artificial flavor.
