This dish is a best seller!! This authentic chicken casserole boasts layers of roasted chicken, cheese, salsa verde and corn tortillas. We LOVE this baby around here. You will too!

Instructions: Thaw completely in refrigerator. Remove lid and parchment paper before baking uncovered at 350o for 20-30 minutes until warm and bubbly. Warm salsa verde and serve over casserole.

Ingredients: Chicken, tomatillos, corn tortillas, canola oil chicken base, mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, garlic, black beans, onions, cilantro, jalapenos, salt & pepper. Salsa Verde Ingredients: tomatillos, chicken stock, onions, cilantro, garlic, onions, salt and pepper.
