Decadent Bread Pudding w/Rieger Whiskey Sauce
Every once in awhile you just need to treat yourself to something rich and magnificent. Enjoy! Serve with Rieger Whiskey Sauce, included.
Instructions: Thaw completely in the refrigerator. Once thawed, allow bread pudding to come to room temperature (about 40 mins) before baking. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the lid and parchment paper from bread pudding and discard. Bake uncovered for 50-60 mins, or until center of bread pudding is set.
Warm the Whiskey Sauce in microwaveable container about 10-15 seconds or until warm. Pour over bread pudding & dig in.
Ingredients: bread, eggs, brown sugar, heavy cream, milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, sugar, raisins. Sauce: heavy cream, milk, sugar, Rieger Whiskey, cornstarch, salt.
