A simple classic quiche recipe made with bacon and cheese. If you want a crust on the quiche, knock
yourself out! Just pour the mixture into a homemade or prepared pie shell to bake. This would be great with a bowl of fruit and a small salad or toast with jam, if you choose.
Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator (but no more than 1 day). Preheat your oven to 375º. Spray pie pan with pan spray or grease with butter or margarine. Pour the mixture into pie pan and place on cookie sheet. Carefully place in oven and bake about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cut into wedges & serve.
Ingredients: Eggs, heavy cream, milk, bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Serves 6-8.
