Green Tomatillo Pork Stew

This is a hearty stew with a bit of a spicy kick. You could ladle it up over some rice or serve it with some corn tortillas.

Instructions:Defrost completely in refrigerator. Pour soup into sauce pan and warm over low heat stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Serve warm.

Ingredients: pork shoulder, green chilies, tomatillos, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, chicken base, water, garlic, cumin, vegetable oil blend, salt & pepper.

One Quart/Serves 2-4.
