This dish is simple…yet absolutely wonderful, and elegant too! We coated the mushrooms and thick onion slices with olive oil blend, salt and pepper and then let them get toasty and caramelized on our open flame grill. Perfect as a side dish or a vegetarian entrée! Or chop them roughly and spread on your pizza! Hello.

Instructions: Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Remove lid and parchment.Replace lid and warm in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients: button mushrooms, yellow onions, olive oil, canola oil, salt & pepper + some TLC on the grill.

Serves 2 to 4.
