Roasted Potatoes with a Spicy Spanish Tomato Sauce

Instructions: Defrost overnight in refrigerator. To bake: Preheat oven to 350º. Bake uncovered until potatoes get browned and crispy and are heated through to the center, approximately 20-30 mins. Heat sauce in microwavable dish and pour over potatoes prior to serving.

Ingredients: potatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper. Sauce: olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, white wine, tomato past, parsley, dried red chili, crushed red pepper, Tabasco sauce, bay leaf, salt, pepper.

Serves 2- 4.
