This soup is not only hearty, but healthy! To serve, ladle soup into individual soup bowls. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Instructions: Thaw soup completely in refrigerator. Pour into sauce pan and warm over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.

Ingredients: white beans, olive oil, canola oil, garlic, yellow onions, kale, vegetable stock, roasted red peppers, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
