Stop by this Saturday for another installment of our newest concept here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City The Tasting Room @ The Culinary Center of Kansas City. The Tasting Room will be open from 10AM to 2PM to taste free samples of our food creations and perfectly paired brunch libations. You’ll learn a thing or two from some culinary pros and socialize with friends and strangers. Heck, you can even hang on our ‘front porch’ with a cool one and people watch.

On Saturday from 10AM – 2PM, The Tasting Room at The Culinary Center of Kansas City will welcome Todd Johns, American Royal Grand Champion and Owner of Plowboys BBQ. He will be in our Santa Fe Kitchen making small batches of his signature Beef Tallow Popcorn with his award-winning Yardbird BBQ Rub. Rumor has it, there will also be tastings of a crockpot Apple Cider Manhattan – perfect for crisp fall evenings! If you’ve ever wanted to talk BBQ with one of the best KC has to offer, this is your opportunity! Of course, we’ll have Plowboys products available as well as some other fun surprises.
