This was an excellent class! Exceptional food and outstanding Chef Instructor (Lisa Burgess.)
Run, don’t walk, to sign up for this class, or any class this instructor teaches. I have enjoyed all of the classes I’ve taken at the KCCC, but this class is one of the best. I highly recommend!

Lunch was delicious!! The Culinary Center is such a fun space!

good food

Lisa did a great job of sharing information for the education aspect and sharing interesting stories and keeping us entertained! Both valuable aspects required for entertainment value! I've taken a few other classes and this one was by far my favorite. Lisa is a great asset to your organization! Thank you!

Took the artisan sourdough bread class. Instructor did a fantastic job and was well informed.

Chef Bruce was great! It was very enjoyable! Food was amazing!! We will be back!!

I love these classes! Learning so much and adding fantastic recipes to my collection. Can’t wait to try my hand at the hot cross buns. Here’s my challah and the buns we tasted. 😋
