The Main Dish
“I would be an Oscar Meyer weiner.
You know why.”
Amalia is busy doing her magic and hasn’t contemplated which food she is yet…
“Champagne… sparkling, effervescent, acidic, works well w/other ingredients & gets the party started!”
“I’d be a taco. Classic, delicious, small/portable, a total party food & pairs well with a margarita!”
“I could be a strawberry… because I’m nice and sweet (but sometimes I am tart!)”
“I suppose maybe I’d be an onion. There are many layers to me.”
“Sushi – it’s a rainbow of experiences (and watch out for the wasabi!)”
“I’d say I’m a Chocolate Truffle. You don’t always know what’s inside, but you know it’ll be good!”
Benjamin didn’t answer, so we’ll pick for him. We’ll pick Kale, because it’s a SUPERfood!
“I’d be a pineapple. They can be sweet, and they naturally have a crown on top!”
The BBQ Dude
“I’d be a pork butt. Why? Hmmmm… I guess, I like my butt rubbed.”
“A tall, tasty buttermilk biscuit to reflect my southern roots.”
Maggie is busy tending bar… check back for her food choice!

“I would a jalapeño pepper ‘cuz they are spicy like me!”
“Fleur de sel, because it makes both savory & sweet taste fantastic.”
“I’d be pizza… saucy, spicy and always invited to the party!”
“An egg. In the words of Oscar Wilde, “An egg is always an adventure: the next one may be different.””
“Chocolate, because the only thing better than a friend is a friend with chocolate.”
“Wine. It disappears when added, but makes any dish irresistible.”
“Anything Lemon! Bright & cheerful with a little bit of zest.”
“I’d be bacon,
