Directions to Overland Park

Our original location is at 7920 Santa Fe Street in Overland Park, Kansas. You’ll find us directly across the street from the iconic Clocktower and the Farmer’s Market in the heart of the walkable and historic downtown. Look for the teal awnings!

From Interstate 35, heading north
Take the 75th Street from I-35 and turn right (east). In about one mile, turn right onto Antioch Road. Take a left at the stoplight at 79th Street. Turn right onto Santa Fe and you’ll find us on the right side of the street about halfway down the main block in beautiful and historic downtown Overland Park.

From KCI Airport
Exit the airport and get on I-29, heading south. After several miles, there will be a split in the highway, heading east (into Missouri – I-29) or west (into Kansas – I-635). Stay in the right lanes and get onto I-635. This will cross the river and continue for several miles. Exit onto Southbound I-35. Take the 75th Street exit next and turn left (east). In about one mile, turn right onto Antioch Road. Take a left at the stoplight at 79th Street.  Turn right onto Santa Fe and you’ll find us on the right side of the street about halfway down the main block in beautiful and historic downtown Overland Park.

From Country Club Plaza
Head west on Ward Parkway. There will be 4 lanes of traffic as you approach the turn to the Country Club. Stay in one of the two left lanes – they turn left at the fork in the road. Drive past the gorgeous Ward Parkway homes, then turn right (west) at 75th Street. In several miles, you’ll take a left onto Metcalf Avenue. Turn right at the stoplight at 79th Street. In a couple of blocks, the road will curve left onto Santa Fe Drive. You’ll find us on the right side, about halfway down the main street in beautiful and historic downtown Overland Park.

From Downtown Kansas City
Head south on I-35. You’ll cross the state line into Kansas. Exit at the 75th Street exit from I-35 and turn left (east). In about one mile, turn right onto Antioch Road. Take a left at the stoplight at 79th Street.  Turn right onto Santa Fe and you’ll find us on the right side of the street about halfway down the main block in beautiful and historic downtown Overland Park.

Parking

There is plenty of parking in Downtown OP. Here’s where to find it.

Our parking lot, just to the north of The Culinary Center of Kansas City, is available as convenient parking for our guests. It is clearly marked as parking for The CCKC and our neighbors, Harpers and Sacks on Santa Fe. In addition, there are plenty of on-street parking spaces directly in front of The Culinary Center, as well as convenient public parking lots. 

With nearly 300 locally owned businesses, Downtown Overland Park offers a wide variety of places to shop, dine and explore. The first step to a successful trip to Downtown OP is finding the perfect parking spot. All of the major streets have multiple accessible on-street parking spaces.

Free public parking is also available at:

  • Strang Hall parking lot
  • Edison OP parking garage (enter off 81st Street between Marty Street and Overland Park Drive)
  • The Vue parking garage (enter off Floyd Street)
  • Matt Ross Community Center, 8101 Marty Street (West parking lot)
  • Public parking lot at the northwest corner of 80th Street and Conser
  • Avenue 82, at the northeast corner of 82nd Street and Metcalf Avenue, after 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends

Directions to Briarcliff

Our new, state-of-the-art 3,125 square foot kitchen and event space is located in the Northland of Kansas City! Come check us out at The Village at Briarcliff, a charming Tuscan village tucked into the hills overlooking downtown Kansas City. The Village offers a unique shopping destination of local boutiques and world flavors.

From Liberty and points west
From Liberty, head toward downtown and turn right onto N Lightburne Street, then right onto E Mill Street. Turn left onto W Liberty Drive, then right onto Route 291 North. Turn left onto W Kansas Street and use the left lanes to merge onto I-35 South toward Kansas City. Continue on I-35 South for about 7.5 miles, then merge onto I-29 North toward the airport. Take exit 1E for US-69/Vivion Road and turn left onto US-69 South/NW Vivion Road. After about a mile, turn left onto N Mulberry Drive and continue for just over a mile. Make a final left turn into the main parking lot. The Culinary Center is located in the center of the block on your left.

From KCI Airport
Exit the airport and get on I-29/Us-71, heading south toward Kansas City. Drive about 10 miles and use the right 2 lanes to take Exit 2B to merge onto US-169 S toward Kansas City/Downtown. After about 1 mile, take the Briarcliff Parkway exit, then make a quick right onto N Mulberry Drive. You will see The Village at Briarcliff immediately on your right as you turn. Make a right into the main parking lot. The Culinary Center is located in the center of the block on your left.

From Olathe & Lenexa
If you are starting in Olathe, head north toward S Cherry Street. Turn right onto S Cherry Street, then turn right onto W 135th St/E Santa Fe Street. Pass by the Long John Silver’s | A&W restaurant on the right. Use the left two lanes to turn left to merge onto I-35 N toward Kansas City. Follow I-35 N and I-635 N to MO-9 S in Kansas City, Missouri. Merge onto I-35 N and travel for 12.3 miles. If you are starting from Lenexa, just merge onto I-35 N and travel 6 miles north. Use the left lane to take exit 231A to merge onto I-635 N. You will be entering Missouri. Drive another 11 miles and take exit 11A to merge onto MO-9 S/US-69 N toward Riverside. Continue toward MO-9 S and use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left to stay on MO-9 S. Turn left and merge onto NW Briarcliff Rd/Water Works Rd (follow signs for MO-9 N/US 169 N). Exit left onto N Mulberry Drive, where you will see The Village at Briarcliff on your immediate left as you turn. Make a right into the main parking lot. The Culinary Center is located in the center of the block on your left.

From Downtown Kansas City
Head north on MO-9N (Burlington Street). Over the next 6 miles, MO-9N will curve northwest over the Missouri River into North Kansas City. Turn left and merge onto NW Briarcliff Rd/Water Works Rd (follow signs for MO-9 N/US 169 N). Exit left onto N Mulberry Drive, where you will see The Village at Briarcliff on your immediate left. Make a right into the main parking lot. The Culinary Center is located in the center of the block on your left.

The Culinary Center of Kansas City is conveniently located at the center of The Village, with ample parking in the main lot surrounding our front door.

With 28 locally owned businesses, The Village at Briarcliff offers a variety of sophisticated services, shops, and restaurants for every occasion.
