Run, don’t walk, to sign up for this class, or any class this instructor teaches. I have enjoyed all of the classes I’ve taken at the KCCC, but this class is one of the best. I highly recommend!

Lisa did a great job of sharing information for the education aspect and sharing interesting stories and keeping us entertained! Both valuable aspects required for entertainment value! Took the artisan sourdough bread class. Instructor did a fantastic job and was well informed.
