What’s The Dish On That Famous Dish?
Chicken Divan
The New York Chatham Hotel’s Chef Lagasi created this elegant dish many years ago as part of a contest, winning a small amount of money and creating its Parisien Restaurant’s signature dish which would go on to become a great American classic.
THE MENU: Made with tender chicken, broccoli and almonds in a velvety Mornay Sauce, our Chicken Divan at Staff Lunch on Tuesday will be served with a colorful side dish that compliments it perfectly, soft dinner rolls and creamery butter. For dessert another classic – German Chocolate Cake.
Tasty Tidbit: “Divan†is a French word meaning a meeting place or great hall. Join us for in our “divan†for Chicken Divan!
