Dare I jinx it by saying we’re having some nice, almost balmy weather in the forecast?! Friday should be a great night for strolling around Downtown Overland Park for our Local Life event held on the third Friday each month.
Friday happens to be National ‘Hot & Spicy Food Day’, so we’ll be celebrating here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City by offering FREE Mexican coffee tasting and a FREE culinary demo and tasting. (Word has it that Executive Chef Gary Hild will be showing us how to put together a tasty Bananas Foster!)
Other stores and restaurants in the area have some entertainment and specials planned, as well. So, plan on date night in Downtown Overland Park on Friday. (Click here to see a map and details of this month’s Local Life plans.)
