Thai Noodle Bowl

Thai Vinaigrette

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 Thai chili, minced (or any spicy chili)

In a bowl add the garlic, juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilies. Whisk to combine. Taste and add more juice or sugar to balance out the dressing to taste.  Makes about 1 cup.
