We Sharpen Knives

DROP OFF ANYTIME. WE’LL CALL WHEN THEY ARE READY (usually takes 1-2 days)

 
$10 per knife

We Can Sharpen:

Western Style Knives
(chef, paring, boning & utility)

Eastern Style Knives
(Santuko & Nakiri)

Scissors
(as long as they come apart)
(note that there will be a charge for 2 blades)

Note: we will evaluate your knives when you bring them in. Additional sharpening charges may apply for knives that are badly damages or have unusually thick or oversized blades. In other words, if your knives haven’t been sharpened since the 1980’s or you have used your knife to chop wood, then it may take more work to sharpen them.
