Planning Upcoming Classes

Dear Fellow Foodies,

It’s that time of year for us to concentrate on planning our summer and fall calendar of classes. We have taken all of your suggestions to heart and are working on some great new classes this summer.  The schedule will be online around the middle of March.  You can expect a lot more kids classes, including classes for the very young (Tiny Tots In The Kitchen, 3-6 years old),  those in-between ages (L’il Kids In The Kitchen, 4-7) and for a bit older kids (Kids In The Kitchen, 7-14).  We are planning to expand our Midwest BBQ Institute classes this summer and will be kicking off the BBQ Season on May 1 with a fabulous “MBQI Day.”  Expect great things.  Standby for more details.

Suzy Bogguss, Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter, will be with us again on March 5 (register online) and the incredible Sara Moulton is coming back in May.  Again, standby for more details.  We couldn’t be more excited to have her back with us for some master classes and some dinner/demonstrations.

I hope that you all are discovering your own pleasures of the table in your own household.  We here at The Culinary Center feel strongly that great things happen when folks gather around the table over good food.
