Development Day in the CCKC Kitchen

Chef Richard McFarlane-Clark has been a busy cook in The Culinary Center of Kansas City kitchens this past week or two. He has been filling our Dinners on Demand freezers with delicious dishes.  We have added Pumpkin Soup, Leek and Potato Soup, Ooh-La-La French Onion Soup, Creamy Country Mushroom Soup, Miso-Sesame Vinaigrette and Thai Peanut Sauce. dod-soupToday, Chef Richard spent time developing new dishes and refining others that we have been loving for years. (We were his taste-testers in the CCKC office. It’s a really tough job, but someone has to do it!)  We have a new and hard-to-believe-but-improved Chicken Enchilada Casserole and some spectacular Just-Like-Julia’s Beef Bourguignon that was added to the Dinners on Demand freezers today. And look for some tasty new dishes like Ultimate Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Bacon & Sweet Corn Bake, Pommes Dauphinoise (Potato in Cream), Gluten-Free Pasta Alfredo and more… coming soon!
