We’re pleased to welcome Chef Gary Hild back to our Culinary Center of Kansas City teaching kitchens!
Recently returning from the Gulf Coast of Florida, Chef Gary is once again teaching cooking classes and sharing his passion for healthy cooking. We knew he couldn’t stay away from long… because Gary loves teaching folks how to cook. He is one of the best there is!  How do we know? Because he has had a whole fan base of happy students with us for more than a decade – well, except for that year he decided to become a beach bum, but we’ll forgive him for stepping away. Besides, a tan looks great with his chef whites.
Chef Gary is a Chef/Instructor who “walks the walkâ€. He’s dedicated to living his own healthy and active lifestyle, so he knows what he’s talking about when he teaches students how to cook, eat and live better. He’s a firm believer that healthy cooking and plant-based meals are nothing short of culinary medicine.
Chef’s teaching style is approachable and understanding, and we’re here to tell you… he makes learning creative and fun. What really makes him happy is when he sees his students have that ‘a-ha’ moment when something just ‘clicks.’
