  This was an excellent class!  Exceptional food and outstanding Chef Instructor (Lisa Burgess.) Run, don’t walk, to sign up for this class, or any class this instructor teaches. I have enjoyed all of the classes I’ve taken at the KCCC, but this class is one of the best. I highly recommend!
