Holiday Bistro Added

Another CCKC Wine Country Holiday Bistro has been added to the calendar. Sunday, Dec. 20, 7-9:30.  We will be serving Smoked & Steamed Salmon Rillettes on Crostini, Onion Soup Gratinee, Market Greens with Warm Goat Cheese & Hazelnuts, Roasted Rib Steak with Wild Mushroom, Pommes Anna & Bordelaise Sauce and finish with Creme de Farine with Poached Apples & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Includes a glass of paired wine.
