“Throughout the Pro Series classes, I learned many absolutely fantastic dishes, nearly all of which I have made since then. In fact, several of the dishes have become regular stars at home. I also met many great people in the Pro Series and made several new friends, including Chef Richard and the entire Culinary Center staff! I view the Pro Series as an investment that provides many great returns. It’s a must for anyone who loves food!”
