Boozy Botanicals, local maker of simple syrups, joined us for Small Business Saturday and our Pop-Up Lunch today. They are serving up samples of their Boozy Botanicals flavors, and you can purchase a tasty cocktail made with their Rosemary Mint Syrup along with your lunch. (see below for today’s cocktail recipe).
Head on over to The Culinary Center of Kansas City today – we’re serving up lunch until 2 p.m. (see menu below). It’s a great day for walking, shopping, eating, drinking and enjoying Downtown Overland Park!

Rosemary Mint Cranberry Sparkler
- 1 oz Rosemary Mint Syrup
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz vodka
- Champagne
Mix Rosemary Mint Syrup, cranberry juice and vodka in shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
Fill champagne flute 1/2 to 3/4 full of champagne, add syrup mix to top of glass. Garnish with rosemary and mint sprig and/or lemon peel.
