We are always looking for new talent to teach cooking classes here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. Before we add a new instructor to our team at The Culinary Center of Kansas City, our Dean of Deliciousness schedules a ‘New Instructor Demo.‘ The potential instructor presents a brief demonstration class for CCKC staff. We observe, ask questions, try delicious food and give feedback to the instructor. Then, as a group, we make a determination as to whether we think the instructor meets our customers’ high expectations for culinary educators here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City.
We had a New Instructor Demo this week, and let’s just say that he was fabulous, especially with his knowledge of Asian cuisines. Sorry to be a bit secretive, but…. we want to make a splash when we announce him in the coming weeks.  We’ll be coming at you soon with some new classes to our upcoming schedule so keep your eyes peeled.Â
